There will be 2 guards down this hallway ... kill them. When you come to the door you can't open look to your left there will be a room with some health packs ammo and a couple lockers. Find the blinking red light and push it. Now go through the door right outside the locker room. CUTSCENE Kill all the guards in this room then go to the center and press the button on the console. GO through the door this button opens. Follow the hallway and take the door to the left of the top of the stairs. Kill the guards in the interrogation room to get a keycard. Go back the direction you came room and take a left into the supply room. Open the door in this room with your keycard. TELEKENESIS REAWAKENED *Training* I recommend spending a few minutes here learning how to use your TK while you have unlimited psi power. TK is by far your most important power you will be using TK on all the bosses in the game. After you play with the boxes in the first room go into the second room. Take 2 metal boxes (dark gray and indestructible) stack the boxes inside the yellow caution line near the wall. Climb the boxes and jump the wall to get into the third room. Move a box through the hole on the left, then pull it back and move it through the hole in the center. Now to get the box up high enough for the third hole hold triangle and let go of TK and rapidly TK the box again. This will get the box high enough now push it through the top hole. Turn around and go through the only door in this room. Now throw boxes at these poor under paid target dummies. TK a box in the air then hold the right analog stick in the direction of the target and let go of TK. You will need to TK the fourth guard that walks out ... don't throw a box at him you will fail. TK him into a wall until he makes a blood stain. TK the fifth guard and while he's in the air shoot him the red dot is your actually shooting target so it will auto target him when you TK him. Go through the door to the right of the caution line now. Kill 5 guards in this last room to complete training. BACK TO THE GAME Leave the supply room and take the blast door to you left. Follow the stairs down and into the generator room. Kill all the guards in the generator room. Pull the 2 switchs on the ground level near the two red tanks to open the blast door that had lasers blocking it earlier. Go up the stairs and go into the blast door to the right at the top of the stairs. Kill the guard. Go all the way down this hall to the far blast door. It should now be ready to open. REMOTE VIEWING REAWAKENED *Training* RV your way through the maze until you see the console. Run through the maze now and go through the door near the console. RV through the path then run through and don't get spotted by the medical guard. Kill him by Bashing him in the back. Go through the door near the guards consoles to enter the next room. RV until the guy in this next room turns around then fun through the door to the right ... don't touch him or get spotted you'll fail. (There are plenty of other guys to abuse later on) Next room ... take out both guards without getting spotted. Now go through the door with the green light near the handle (like all the other open doors). RV through this room and then go push the button and then run through the door it opens ... kill as many guards as needed along the way. BACK TO THE GAME Go straight through the door in front of you then kill the guards. Go into the next room continue killing in what way works for you. I recommend conserving your psi power until you get the mind drain ability. Yet another room of guards after the first 2. Kill them ... try using barrels with your TK for more style points (not actually points in the game). Ignore that door to the right with lasers for now keep going straight into a room of more guards. GO into the room with the medical guard smack him then press the red blinking button on the console in front of you. This will open the door you ignored earlier with the lasers. Turn around and head for that door. There will be more guards ... I guess they didn't realize what happened to the last 20 guys but nonetheless you need to kill them. To prevent getting killed in this next room take the metal box right outside of the room and TK it in front of you while walking forward (I told you to practice with the boxes in training!) walk up to the door with the sentry gun above it. The sentry will focus on the nearest moving target so keep the box in front of you and keep it close in case the sentry changes targets now run to the door and open it. CUTSCENE ============= END CHAPTER 1 ============= ================================== CHAPTER 2 - Something's Gone Wrong ================================== Go up the elevator ... automatic ... then go into the door right in front of you. MIND DRAIN REAWAKENED *Training* Run around the boxes and kick/punch/shoot the guard. MD him while he's down. Go through the door next to the guard. Next room sneak up behind the guard and mind drain him ... don't get spotted. Go through the door and get ready for more sneaking. MD both guards without getting spotted. Now for some combat draining go into the next room. MD guards until your psi is full if you get spotted kill the guards then drain them. *BACK TO THE GAME* Go to the diagonal elevator in the left of the room and press the button to go up. Kill the guards that try and hit you while it's traveling. When you get to the top press the red blinking button then go back down the elevator. Kill the guards on the way down too I suggest pulling them into the elevator railing for a quick kill. You can also pull them to you with TK then MD them out of the air before they hit you. You may want to practice this maneuver as it is very beneficial later on. Go through the door to the left in the room after you get off the elevator. In the second room on the right there will be a medical guard. TK him towards you so you don't have to go into the room. *If you go into the room the door will close behind you and start filling with gas. To escape TK a guard into the glass of the door that closed behind you 2 hits with a person should open it. The gas will not kill you quickly but losing any life is annoying* Take the medical guard's keycard and then proceed down the hallway. Take a the door on the left at the far end of the hallway. GO through the cool spinning room and kill the guard in the next room. CUTSCENE Go through the door on the other side of the room. You can sneak through this room or fight guards, doesn't really matter. just get to the end of the hallway and go through the door on the right. Kill the 2 medical guards I suggest throwing one into the furnace for the cool fire sound. Collect the Implant device on the left side of the dead person on the bed. Leave this room and go into the room directly across the hall from it. Kill the guard in this room then open the door (Will be a very small room with 2 doors and 1 guard) In this next room (later to be a boss fight room) just go straight into the door ahead of you. Walk a little ways into the room. CUTSCENE Continue on and walk into the next room CUTSCENE RV the door and look on the desk of Jov Lenov to get the mainframe door code. The code I used was 9179 Go back to the locked mainframe door and use the code to open it. Go into the room and kill all the guards. Go to the area of the room with consoles. CUTSCENE Look up near the ceiling for a half broken vent. Pull it off with TK then stack boxes and climb them to get up into the vent. Once you're in the vent take the only box in the small room and stand on it and TK it into the air and climb over the ledge. Now you're in the fan room. Kill all guards use fans if you want stylish kills. MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU TURN OFF ALL FANS BEFORE LEAVING THIS ROOM!!!!! Get through the fan room and MAKE SURE FANS ARE OFF! Now jump down you can stack boxes to prevent fall damage or just jump down for speed. Exit through the door at the bottom. Go to the Warhead Storage room directly on your right. CUTSCENE Take all three warheads and get ready to track through the level again. Kill all the guards in the large room may take a few tries to get it down without taking much damage. Go across the bridge and back to where the level started. Run back through the level you will need to make 3 stops to place each of the bombs. Bomb one - The room with the single pillar and a door that is visibly blocked by the pillar when you walk in. Place the bomb in the Glowing orange circles on the floor. The room will have consoles on one side and above the consoles an alarm button. there is also a medical guard in this room. Bomb two - Inside the mainframe room with the vent on the wall. It is slightly hidden behind a pipe so look hard for it. Bomb three - Inside the Cryo Storage room the room I told you would be a boss fight room later. Well get ready to BOSS fight! CUTSCENE *Boss Fight* Lenov will mind control guys somehow making them human bombs ... TK the crazy glowing red guys into the cryo chambers they come out of after you destroy all the chambers on to phase 2. CUTSCENE For phase 2 he comes out and actually tries to shoot you with psi-powers (magic) so just TK that metal box into him a few times until he's dead and make sure you kill his right hand guard (not sure but I think it impairs him) CUTSCENE Time to escape I suggest running to the room on the right side of the boss room (looking towards the area lenov stood during his first phase). Back track to the silo killing all guards along the way so they don't follow you and kick you in the back. Go to the door where you started the level and next to the door is a flashing green button ... press the button to make the silo elevator go up. Jump onto the ledge once the elevator reaches it's max height. It will be pretty much a straight path to the exit make sure you kill all the guards on the way so they don't kill you later. CUTSCENE ============= END CHAPTER 2 ============= =============================== CHAPTER 3 - Unfinished Business =============================== You can brute force or stealth this part ... just get to the far right corner of where you are starting the level to get to the next room. To get on the top railing of this room you will need to get one of the tall boxes and drag it to the top of the stage. Then stand on the box and TK it until you can grab onto the ledge at the top. Climb up and go through the door to continue. CUTSCENE Climb down the ladder grab the sniper rifle if you want. There is no need to kill guards yet you're about to get Mind Control. Get close to the gate to get MC. MIND CONTROL REAWAKENED *Training* MC the guard behind the glass. Use him to walk over to the panel and press the red blinking button. Now you can either kill the guards or exit MC with the Up button on the directional pad. I suggest getting close to a red barrel and pressing down on the directional pad to throw a grenade and blow yourself up. GO through the door to the next room after you've finish with the first guard. In the next room MC one of the guards and kill the other guard with him. Now exit MC and head through the door to the next room. In this next room press L3 - (Left Analog Stick in) to get up against the wall. Peek around the corner and MC a guard. You can usually get the crosshair the target a guards through a wall if you move it slow enough. MC one of the guards and make him kill the other 2 guards. Now with your MC guard run up to a the red barrel and shoot it while standing right next to it to kill the guard. Now move onto the next room. MC one of the guards and use him to kill all the others. Have fun with this part it's very easy and fun so go crazy with grenades and ammo while you have the chance. Once you complete this get ready to go back to the game. BACK TO THE GAME MC a guard behind the gated area. Use him to kill all the other guards in the area. Now you'll need to MC a guard on top of the building and make him lower the ladder using the blinking red button on the top of the ladder. Now just jump off the ledge with this guard or whatever you want to do. Now run over and climb up the ladder. MD any of the guards that are lying on the ground to refill your Psi gauge. Once you're on top of the building peek down through the glass and *Optional* MC the Worker Guard. Run through the double doors with the guard and kill as many other guards as you can to save health. After this guard is dead you will need to jump down into the building. First break the glass using a gun. You can try lifting a metal box up and jumping onto it to prevent fall damage or just hop on down and use a med kit. Now head through the double doors and then turn right up the stairs. After you head up the stairs take a left into the room with the spinning holo-globe. On a console nearby there will be a red blinking button, go press the button. CUTSCENE Kill the guard at the end of the hallway (If you haven't already figured out the bomb squad looking guards will still shoot you while being TKed into the air so throw them against a wall quickly and MD them). Take the guard's keycard and open the door directly behind him. Go inside the room a little ways. CUTSCENE Leave the office room and go back down the stairs you came up earlier. Exit through the door directly in front of the bottom of the stairs. Now kill the guard outside and pick up his keycard. This keycard opens a door on the left side of the courtyard area (Looking at the courtyard from the gate entrance you originally came from). Head over to the door and open it Now you're in a cargo shipping yard area. Kill all the guards you see and make your way to the crane on the far end of where you enter. Climb up the Crane and press the console in the top part of the crane to move a cargo crate so you can climb over it into the next area. Now climb down the crane and go to the cargo bin that you lifted and jump over to the next area. MC the guard at the top of the tower in this area and make him lift the crane by using the console inside the tower. Kill all guards necessary. Find a tall wooden box and drag it to the area behind where the crane moved the cargo bin. Put the box on top of the single stacked cargo bin and climb up to the next bin. Pull the box up with you to the next cargo bin and then use it to climb up to the window and go inside. You can also complete this same task by getting on the cargo bin that the crane is going to lift and having the guard raise it for you while you are standing on it. CUTSCENE Go through the door in the next room. Grab the keycard and start backtracking to the factory. The entrance to the factory will be the door at the opposite end of where you started the level (The area with all the spotlights and the 2 towers). Open the door to the factory. CUTSCENE ============= END CHAPTER 3 ============= ================================= CHAPTER 4 - Assembling the Pieces ================================= You will start in a train yard. Kill all the guards in the area using whatever means you need. Then in between the tracks away from the doors of the building there will be 2 switches (they look like poles with green lights). Go behind the switches and look for the one that's red. Press Use on the switch. After you activate the switch go into the building where the cargo train made a hole. Kill all the guards in this room. There is a sentry gun on the far left side of where you enter the building. The door to the next room is also under this door. To get through the door without taking damage grab a metal box with TK and drag it in front of you while crouch walking up to the door (Much like in the first chapter). Throw the box away when you get to the door and run through. In the next room there is a ladder on the far side of where you enter the room go up the ladder and press the red blinking button on the console then go back down the ladder and through the door it unlocks. There are many guards and painful devices in this next room. you can turn of the torch/crushers with the switches that are next to them. Get on the conveyor belt and run along in the direction it is traveling, kill all the guards that you need. When you get to the end of the conveyor belt climb up the short ladder and walk along the ledge go down the short staircase and there will be a ladder leading up to the next room. Press the blinking red button directly after you get off the elevator to kill the guards working on the wall. Kill any other guards you see, then go to the door at the far end of the room. In this next room press the red blinking button up against the wall (it's the only thing you can really do in this room). It will activate the crushers. To stop the crushers take a metal box and TK it in between the crushers to break them so you can walk past without getting squished. Walk along the ledge through the four crushers and go through the door. Walk straight through this room and enter the door on the far side. Go up the stairs and as soon as to leave the door at the top of the stairs turn around and follow the path killing all guards. Follow this path to the right and then go through the door at the end. Keep going through the doors until you get to a room. Take the door at the far end of the room and then go up the ladder to get to the next area. After you climb the ladder open the door in front of you and get ready to fight Barret. CUTSCENE *Boss Fight* In Barret's first phase he'll just grab items off the conveyor belts and throw them at you. Just dodge the items and throw the back at him. CUTSCENE Barret's second phase is much tougher than his first. He will occasionally throw a train car at you (lethal blow on normal difficulty and up). If you get too close he will make a shock wave knocking you down and dealing massive damage. Otherwise he just throws boxes at you. To defeat him just TK boxes at him (Not sure but I believe the metal boxes do more damage). After you hit him enough times he will get really mad and leave. No he's not dead, but you never have to fight him again. CUTSCENE ============= END CHAPTER 4 ============= =========================== CHAPTER 5 - Fears Don't Lie =========================== Start out by kill all the guards that rush at you from the door. After you kill them go through the door they were coming from. There will be a sentry gun at the end of this hallway so don't get shot. You will have to go into the door the sentry gun is guarding use objects on the floor as decoys and run from side to side in the hall to prevent getting shot. CUTSCENE After the cutscene you'll need to dodge the sentry gun as you go back down the hallway. As you go down the hallway you'll see an elevator to your left and a door to your right. Remember where to elevator is but for now go through the door. After you take this door there will be two chambers on your left and right. Kill all the non-medical guards you can. There will be a button on the console in each of the chambers. You will need to stand next to one of the buttons with your character and MC a medical guard to go and press the button in the other chamber. Make sure you press the button with the medical guard before you press it with your character or else the timer will run out before you can get him there. After you unlock the door go into the middle room between the two chambers. Go into the door that is up the stairs and then go through to blast door in front of you. Go inside the room and press the blinking red button. CUTSCENE PYROKINESIS REAWAKENED *Training* First room blow up all the targets with PK. Then go through the door to the next room. In the second room you will need to light one of the boxes on fire but do not cross the yellow caution line or you will fail. It may take a while to burn all the boxes but just wait then go through the door to the next room. In this third room simply PK all the guards that come out ... do not cross the caution line or you will fail. After you kill all the guards go into the door right inside the caution line to enter the next room. In this last room you need to kill 5 guards using PK any kills you get without PK won't count. BACK TO THE GAME CUTSCENE Go through the blast door directly in front of you after the cutscene. This is your first encounter with a mp3 guard so get ready. There are a few ways to kill these guards ... you can simply shoot them a lot or you can PK then TK them into a wall. If you try to TK them without using PK first they will dispel your TK and you will lose as much as if you had thrown them. Go back to the hallway where you saw the sentry gun and the elevator. There will be a guard there, kill him to get his keycard then go to the elevator and go to floor 99. CUTSCENE In this room you will see a closed door in front of you and two huge stone spheres. Kill all the guards in this room so they don't get in your way, then take one of the spheres and smash it against the red wooden door. about 3 hits should take it out, then go through the broken door and through the door inside to get to the next area. This next area is awful I hate playing this part and about the only advise I can give is use your map. If you are having trouble finding where you are on the map try and find strange shaped hallways and match them to the map then go from there. You will find out very quickly that if you open the doors to the rooms you can get an assortment of hallucinations. After the hallucination is over it will sometimes leave nothing but other times it may leave psi boosters or a grenade that will blow up seconds after the vision. To get through the maze you can follow these directions. (You know that map you've been ignoring ... because you've been using the gamefaq ..., it's time to bring it up and use that). Left Right Right Left After you find the correct door open it. CUTSCENE Time for a zombie fight in the graveyard. To kill the zombies I simply ran directly backwards and a little to the right to hide behind a shed (or large grave whatever you want to call it it's a small building). Wait for the zombies to come to you and MD them around the corner. Do this until they stop coming. CUTSCENE After the graveyard go through the door that is to your left and forward. Kill all the guards in this room, one of them will have the keycard you need to go to the 97th floor using the elevator. Continue through this room and you will now be in the marble atrium room again. Go through the door you first entered this room in to get back to the elevator. Go down to the 97th floor once you are on the elevator. In this room you have the option to stealth or brute force it. I always choose brute force since it's more fun but it's up to you. Just watch out for mp3 guards and the sentry gun. Whatever method you choose you will need to get into the top floor and press the blinking red button directly under the sentry gun. I suggest using a guard to do this since the sentry will almost always kill you. The button will unlock a door on the ground level so go back down and open it and go through. CUTSCENE Go through the next door and get ready to fight Wei Lu. *Boss Fight* In my opinion this is the hardest boss in the game. Before you get to actually fight her you will fight some statues. To kill these statues PK them then throw a vase or stone at them with TK. After you kill these statues get ready to fight the three headed Wei Lu monster/demon. Wei Lu will turn into a giant green monster with three heads (YEA! pointless monster attack). To kill her I used PK then threw stones at her. The PK keeps her mad and standing still for a little while. Just Kill all three heads and she dies. CUTSCENE Now backtrack until you get to the room with the cameras and the sentry gun. There will be a mp3 guard kill him then go to the door a little to the right of the door directly in front of you. ============= END CHAPTER 5 ============= ======================================= CHAPTER 6 - Everything We've Worked For ======================================= First thing in this level you get to start out getting shot. MC one of the guards across the bridge and use him to kill the other guards. After all the guards are dead take one of the pieces of bridge that broke of and stand on it. Now TK the bridge piece and float over the broken area of the bridge. Proceed to the door at the far and go through. In this next room there will be an electrified floor. You have two options TK the guards onto the floor which will make the floor no longer electrified or MC a guard and make him walk onto to it himself. After you do this with three guards all the electric plates will be shorted out and you can safely walk across. Go on to the next room. Go up this ladder and into the door at the top level. Time for the particle accelerator. In the first room you will find a medical guard and a normal guard. Kill them however you want then find the switch in the room. It is to the left of the door you will be exiting the room from. Flip the switch and get ready to run. To make it through the accelerator you will need to run to the small safety areas on the side of the tunnel. Run from the room and into the safety area and then to the next room. You will need to do this for all the rooms. Go right when you are moving to the next room (same direction the particles and being accelerated). Move onto the next room and kill all the guards in the room then flip switch. You will need to flip all four switches in the four rooms to turn off the accelerator. After you turn off the accelerator go to room K3 (Green letters) and go through the door inside the room to get to the next area. After you go through room K3 go up the ladder. In this room you will noticed the conveyor belt leading off to the next room. You will need to go into the room upstairs and press the blinking red button to open the chamber and release the explosives onto the conveyor belt. CUTSCENE After you see he green explosives go into the next room you should also proceed to the next room. Kill all guards necessary in this room. To move on take one of the green explosives and throw it against the fence. The part of the fence you should throw it into will be on the far left of the area you can walk on. After you break the fence you will get a lot of guards coming after you so kill them a few of them are mp3 guard so have fun. After you've killed enough guards find the room with the 3 switches and the blinking red button. Ignore all these switches and the button and move onto the next room. Run about halfway down the hallway after you go through the door in the last room. CUTSCENE Kill all the guards that come into the room I recommend using PK on one guard then throw him in the corner and just throw all the other guards on top of him ... make a human bonfire. Make sure you grab the keycard in this room before you move on. Leave this room and go through the door to your right when you exit. CUTSCENE After the cutscene kill the 2 human torch guards then turn around and go down the hallway. A little ways down the hallway there will be a sentry gun. Use whatever means you need to get past it then go through the door it's guarding. In this next room kill the mp3 guards and then you will need to stack boxes to climb over the wall into the next room. Grab the keycard in this room then leave and go back to the door you were facing after the last cutscene (Door with the camera over it). The guard in this room will drop a elevator keycard grab it and head to the elevator in the hallway. Take the elevator up to floor 99. After you get off the elevator you will see a blast door down the stairs in front of you. This door leads to the next boss Marlena. ******************************************************************************* *******MAKE SURE YOU MAKE A SAVE BEFORE YOU GO INTO THIS BOSS FIGHT.*********** ******************************************************************************* *Explanation for saving* There is a glitch in the game that prevents you from being able to beat Marlena if you continue after dying. The extinguisher containers that you throw at her will be imbedded into the ground if you try and play her after you have died. You will need to reset the game and load up your nearest save if you die while fighting her. ******************************************************************************* *****************************Nicholas Horn************************************* ******************************************************************************* "Nicholas Horn has pointed .... even if u manage to defeat Marlena with the gas tanks embedded in the ground, there is another glitch. When she comes out of her barrier, she will be embedded in the ground as well. She will first do a cartwheel and then she will sink into the ground really fast where the gas tanks are. Please email me if u dont understand it." *Boss fight* Marlena is not all that tough you just need to dodge. Her first phase is simple she will shoot you with a beam that comes from the center of the room. To dodge this beam find the rack that the containers are on and crouch hide on the side closest to her. The beam will be about 2 inches from your head but you will be safe as long as you stay there. After she shoots you 1-3 times with the beam she will go into overload. 2 blast shields will come out of the ground when she does this hide behind them or you will get turned into blood smear on the wall. To kill her take the containers (they look like average CO2 or oxygen containers) and throw them at the gun looking thing above her. After you make her come out of the protected area she will run around shoot assorted fire at you. Just dodge her attacks and throw more containers at her. After you hit her enough times she will die in a fiery mess. CUTSCENE ============= END CHAPTER 6 ============= ===================================== CHAPTER 7 - From the Ether and Beyond ===================================== Walk towards the double doors in front of you about half-way there you will get stopped. AURA VIEW REAWAKENED *Training* The only reason they put this power in the game is to make it more annoying to walk around. You will get to giant magical invisible monsters that bite you (If you want to know more about getting bitten in games talk to Joey12234 on AOL Instant Messenger he is the master of getting bitten in games). In the first room AV the 3 boxes then move on to the next room. In the second room turn on AV and find the parts of the wall that are cracked. Run up to the wall and destroy them by punching/kicking/. After you go through both walls go into the next room and use AV on the 4 white boards hanging on the wall. After you inspect them the door will unlock and you can proceed to the next room. In this next room turn on AV before you start moving. Now when you turn to your left you will notice spiky looking spheres. These are super fun invisible mines. Crouch down and walk through them until you get to the door. Go through the door into the next room. In this last room just turn on AV and turn it back off to finish training. (Notice the flying monsters in the background ... later they BITE you). BACK TO THE GAME Go through the double doors in front of you after training. walk through this hallway and try to avoid the aura beasts. To kill aura beasts to can shoot them or TK them into a wall. If you use TK make sure they hit a wall and disappear. If they don't hit a wall they will be slightly stunned and come back after you. Continue through the hallway and over the bridge. After you go through the hallway a ways you will see a double door ... it is locked. Go through the door to your left. After you go through the door Walk into the jail cell area to your left. CUTSCENE You are now trapped in the jail cell. If you are playing on any difficulty other than easy there will be one guard and MANY aura beasts on the other side of the jail cell. MC the guard and use him to the aura beasts. After you have killed all or enough of them make the guard walk into the room behind him and press the blinking red button to open your jail cell. CUTSCENE When you leave this room go through those double doors that were locked earlier. You will now be in a room with seemingly nothing there are aura beasts in here so dodge them. If you look to your right you will see a locked door with a small pillar to the right of it. Remember this door and pillar you'll be coming back to it soon. After you've checked out the door and pillar go through the double doors into the bell room. In this next room you will see a bell and all the way across the room you will see a statue tipped on its side. Put the statue onto the platform that it is leaning on. CUTSCENE Go through the door that opened during the cutscene. CUTSCENE You will notice a small triangular shaped object sitting on the wall. Grab that object and head back to the locked door with the pillar to the right of it. Place the triangular object on the pillar to unlock the door. CUTSCENE Remember where this pillar is because you will need to come back for the object later. Go through the door and into the next room. Go up the stairs and watch for the aura beasts and falling rocks. Go through the door at the top of the stairs and into the next room. In this next room kill all the aura beasts then head through the double doors to your left. CUTSCENE After the cutscene you will fight a couple of guards. Kill them then turn on AV and look for a red spot in the room of the area. Walk over to that area and shoot your gun straight down until it breaks open. There will be a triangular object in here. Now go through the double doors in front of you and take the object with you. After you go through the double doors take a left and very quickly a right ... you will now be at a set of double doors with a pillar on either side. Turn on AV and check the color of your object it should be blue. Place the blue object on the blue pillar then go back and TK the other triangular object onto the red pillar. (Yes it's a far walk with TK but you have to do it). After you place both objects on the pillar go through the doors. After you go through the doors you will notice that there are 4 spheres 1 in each corner of the room and 4 dishes 1 on each corner of the stairs. To put the right sphere on the right color go into AV and put yellow on yellow, red on red, blue on blue, and green on green using TK. If you are having troubles with the colors you can always know you placed the sphere on the right dish because it will make a blue glow. CUTSCENE Press Use on the pillar in the center of the room. CUTSCENE Kill the guard that was in the cutscene then go through the path the lightning beam opened. In this next area just go and kill all the guards and make your way to the satellite dish. There are ladders to get you up to the height of the dish if you are having trouble getting up. To get into the satellite control room you will need to red a tall tower with a ladder inside of it. Climb the ladder. CUTSCENE Climb down the ladder and head back the direction you came from. You will need to back-track all the way to the room with the bell and the statue. Go into the room where you discovered the first triangular object. Proceed through this room into the next and follow the stairs up. Go through the doors at the top of the stairs and you're done with this level. ============= END CHAPTER 7 ============= ============================== CHAPTER 8 - The Ultimate Power ============================== CUTSCENE After your cutscene go through the door and into the first room. Kill all the guards then proceed through to the hallway. Once you're in the hallway go into the beta lab. Look on the white boards in the corner of the room using AV find the code on the center board (My code was 6489). After you get the code go through the door in the hallway that has no label. In this next hallway you get to fight some more aura beasts. Kill the aura beasts then go through the door near the end of the hall and to the left. There will be a computer console in this room press the blinking red button on the console. After you leave this room and kill the guards turn on aura vision. You will notice the writing on the wall in green. Find the text that says "Why do you like my pets?", and go into that hallway. Go through the door in this hallway. CUTSCENE Exit the map room and find the red door that have previously been locked. You will notice that now there is a guard inside a small room next to the door. MC the guard and make him open the door. Go through the door then MC the guard in the next room to open the second door. Go through the door and get ready to fight a boss. CUTSCENE This boss has one phase. He will flip his monitors out revealing them, but they also shoot a laser at you while they are out so watch out. I'm not sure what you're really supposed to do on this boss I just shoot and throw things at his monitor when he shows them. Also watch for the aura beasts sometimes you can throw them into his monitors too. CUTSCENE Open the door in front of you and get ready for the hardest part of the game. Kill all the guards in this next room ... yes it's a challenge unless your on easy then you can just shoot them all. This will be your first real experience with mines so get ready for lots of random deaths. After you kill all the guards jump down into the pit in the center of the room. Use AV to find the green footprints on the ground ... avoid all the mines. Once you find the green footprints follow the path they lead too. OH NO! a huge indestructible wall has emerged from the ground just to block YOU! Good thing rocks are flammable, use your PK to destroy the wall. For all of you that got stuck on this part so did I so don't feel bad except that you're using a Gamefaq to get through this I didn't have one. Continue through the path into the next room. In this next hallway watch out for mines but otherwise there isn't much to fear. After you get to the end of the hallway you will get to a small lake with a few mp3s kill them and watch for the rocket guard on the ledge to the right. Once you've killed all the guards Go up the ladder and get ready for another mp3 battle. Kill all the guards to the left once you get off the ladder. Go through the door behind the guards and onto the catwalk. Follow the catwalk and get ready for the end. When you're on the catwalk watch out for mines they will set you back really far if you aren't careful. CUTSCENE Get on the elevator CUTSCENE *Final Boss Fight* The General has 2 phases his first phase is very non-threatening. 6 pillars will spin around him while he gains his health. There are 2 ways you can approach this final fight ... the first and more difficult way is to let him fully charge and he will blow away the pillars (If you use this method you will have to use TK to kill him). The second method is to destroy all 6 pillars using PK before he fully charges. This isn't difficult all you need to do is get as close as you can to the pillars without getting hit then throw PK in a clockwise direction. Occasionally a chunk of the pillar will fly off and hit you, don't worry just get back up and keep PKing. If you choose the destroy all pillars method you will get the option to use the super weapon. To use the super weapon you need to collect the 6 glowing spheres that are scattered around the area after the pillars are destroyed. These spheres only appear if you destroy the pillars before the general does. After you collect all 6 spheres press R1 (Fire) to throw them. To recharge your spheres walk into the center of the area on the glowing blue floor and you will get them back. Watch out in the center though, after about 5 seconds of being on the glowing blue floor a shock wave will shoot out hitting you and doing massive damage ... much like Barret's shockwave. To dodge this wave you simply need to be off the glowing blue floor before it goes off. To kill the general shoot him with the super weapon a few times and he'll die if you chose the hard method you will need to throw the pieces of the pillars that are leftover at him. To reach him you will sometimes need to double lift the pieces. Levels 1, 7 and 8 each have one gnome, and levels 2-6 have two gnomes. Here is a comprehensive list I just posted to the codes section (might want to keep this bumped until it's accepted): Tip The Idol: The gnome in Level 1 -- Hop over the fence in the hallway just before the turret/elevator and TK the gnome to you (it can be seen through a floor vent). TK Alley: First gnome in Level 2 -- TK surf into the second story of the cryo lab once the countdown begins. The gnome is behind the wall where Leonov stood (once you pick it up, there's a pair of skinny doors at the end of the hall on the left. take the one on the right to find a secret passage back to the room by elevator). Bouncy, Bouncy: Second gnome in Level 2 -- It's in a niche between the two static filled jumbotrons at the very end of the level. Walk up the broken floor that forms a slant and TK the gnome to you. Gearshift: First gnome in Level 3 -- It's on the roof of the shipyard entrance near the guard post where you obtain MC. Stack up boxes to reach the roof of the building left of the sliding ladder & sniper, then TK the gnome to you. Panic Room: Second gnome in Level 3 -- Inside the shipyard there's a hidden area enclosed by the large shipping crates. Climb up the guard tower with the crane lift and you'll see it below on the left. Bottomless Pit: First gnome in level 4 -- After destroying the four "chompers" in the room with the dock worker cut scene, the gnome is inside a secret passage connecting the pair on the right. Up & Over: Second gnome in level 4 -- In the conveyor belt room, there is a pair of ladders in the far right corner. The one on the left is blocked by a fence. Turn off the chompers & flame jets then hop onto the conveyor. Jump off near the stairwell in the middle and you will scale over the fence. Climb up the ladder to find the gnome on top of a pipe. Floor of Death: First gnome in level 5 -- There are two destructible gratings in the marble atrium; one at the start of the illusion offices, the other in the hallway leading to the illusion chamber. Blast either open; they form a connecting ventilation shaft which leads to the gnome (can be seen from behind the vent in the illusion chamber control room). Survival: Second gnome in level 5 -- Start walking forward when the graveyard battle begins. You'll see the gnome behind a tree in the far corner (near a medical kit). Gasoline: First gnome in level 6 -- After the fusion reactor is deactivated, walk through the door and climb down the ladder to find the gnome in the pool. Psi Pool: Second gnome in level 6 -- Destroy the triple turrets to the right of the entrance to Marlena's chamber. The gnome is in the back left corner of the adjacent computer room. Stoplights: The gnome in level 7 -- Kill the four snipers at the beginning of this mission (tip: beat the level and replay it on easy). Set up a staircase of boxes and climb onto the pillars behind the spawn. The gnome is on the facade's third story left (search with your sniper scope then TK it to you) Aura Pool: The gnome in level 8 -- It's behind a boulder just before you enter the alien gateway (long green & black catwalk before the elevator to the final battle). Gnomotron: Find all gnomes -- Collect the thirteen main mission gnomes (and save your game each time).
